A.N.D. Social Media regards discretion as a founding principle, not a legal afterthought. This notice describes, plainly, how we treat the information you choose to share when you request an audience or submit for candidacy.

What we collect. Only what you provide: your name, email address, telephone number, and any message you elect to include. We do not purchase data, and we do not trade in it.

How we use it. Solely to assess and respond to your enquiry, and to open a private line of correspondence should your candidacy merit it. Your particulars are reviewed by the atelier and are not sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for marketing.

Where it rests. Submissions are recorded securely and held only as long as necessary to consider and conduct a possible relationship. You may request the deletion of your particulars at any time.

Your discretion, and ours. We extend to every applicant the confidentiality we expect of ourselves. Enquiries regarding your information may be made through the application channel.

This notice may be revised from time to time. The governing version is the one published here.
